Lead purchase agreement

This agreement is between you (the business accepting leads, "Pro") and ForeverGreat Solutions LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Jack of All Trades ("we", "us"). By checking "I agree" in the pro portal, you accept it.

1. What you're buying

We provide leads: requests from homeowners in the St. Louis metro, in Missouri and the Illinois Metro East, who asked to be contacted about a home service. A lead is information, not a guaranteed job.

2. Credits and prices

• You buy prepaid credits by card. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for card payments and sends your receipt. All prices are in US dollars. We never see or store your full card number.
• Each lead you accept is paid from your credit balance at the shared or exclusive price shown on our pricing page when you accept it.
• Shared leads go to no more than 3 pros. Exclusive leads go to you alone and are offered only during the first 15 minutes after a request opens, if no one else has accepted it.
• We may change prices for future leads at any time; price changes never affect leads you've already accepted.

3. Refunds

• Unused credits: unused credits never expire. You can get a refund of unused credits to your original card by contacting us within 90 days of purchase.
• Lead credits: if a lead has a wrong number, is a duplicate, or is outside the service area you set, report it in the pro portal within 72 hours of accepting it. We review each request, and approved requests are credited back to your balance. Credits used on leads are refunded only this way.

4. Founding partner offer

The first 10 approved partners receive their first 5 leads at half price, shared or exclusive. The offer has no cash value and can't be transferred.

5. Your licenses and insurance

You warrant that, for every state and trade in which you accept leads, you:

• hold every license required by the state, county and city, including Illinois state licenses where required (roofing through IDFPR, plumbing through the Illinois Department of Public Health, structural pest control through the Illinois Department of Public Health, and locksmith through IDFPR);
• carry liability insurance, and in Illinois at least the coverage required by the Home Repair and Remodeling Act (815 ILCS 513/25);
• keep your license and insurance records with us current, and tell us right away if anything lapses or is suspended.

We may pause your account if a license or policy expires or can't be verified.

6. Illinois jobs

For home repair work in Illinois you must follow the Illinois Home Repair and Remodeling Act, including giving the homeowner the "Home Repair: Know Your Consumer Rights" pamphlet (with a signed acknowledgment for jobs over $1,000), and roofers must put their Illinois roofing license number on bids and contracts.

7. Contacting homeowners

• Contact homeowners only about the request you accepted.
• Follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the National Do Not Call Registry rules, and all state telemarketing and consumer protection laws.
• Honor STOP replies and opt-outs immediately. When we tell you a homeowner has opted out, stop all contact at once.
• Never misrepresent who you are, your licensing, or your relationship with us.

8. No reselling

Leads are for your own business. Don't resell, share, transfer or publish leads or homeowner information, and don't use it for any purpose other than the homeowner's request.

9. Your work

You are an independent business and are solely responsible for your estimates, contracts, permits, work, warranties and conduct. We don't guarantee that any lead will become a job.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ForeverGreat Solutions LLC and its owners from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your work, your contact with homeowners, your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any law.

11. Suspension and termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time. We may suspend or end your access for any breach, safety concern or complaint pattern. Unused credits remain refundable under section 3.

12. Limits on our liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the leads involved. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

13. General

This agreement is governed by Missouri law. We may update it; continuing to accept leads after an update means you accept the new version, which takes effect for leads accepted after the effective date.
